Is there a safe way to ship the ring?

Absolutely, for safety & security reasons, we ship rings only by secured FedEx priority shipping.

For your peace of mind, the order is securely packaged & completely insured by us until the time they are signed for at your door.

Since the ring is made in New Zealand, do I need to pay any additional duties or taxes once the ring arrives?

No, you don't have to pay any import duty or 10% GST once the parcel arrives. Since Australia-New Zealand has a free trade agreement in place and our rings are manufactured in New Zealand, the 5% import duty is waived off on the ring.

In regards to the 10% GST, our estimates or pricing already includes GST.

We pay for any GST or clearance charges by shipping with FedEx on "DDP" (Delivery Duty Paid) terms which means any potential taxes or duties are levied on us as a shipper and we are responsible for additional charges.

Do I have to manually get the parcel cleared from Customs?

No, we ship door to door using FedEx, you don't have to get the parcel cleared in order to receive the ring. All orders automatically get cleared by customs and you receive the ring within 3 working days without any delays.

Is your packaging discreet?

To keep the package as discreet as possible, there is no mention of jewellery or Nolan and Vada’s branding on the packaging however shipping documentation does contain our name and address.

In order to ensure your Nolan and Vada order remains a surprise, we can also ship your order to your work address or a specific FedEx location to be held for a pick up.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

For security reasons & insurance purposes, we do not ship to PO Boxes at the moment.

How long does it take to arrive once the order is shipped?

All orders are shipped by FedEx® Priority Shipping and it takes approx. 2~5 working days to deliver to a non-rural addresses Australia wide.

What if the ring requires resizing?

Absolutely, we offer one complimentary local ring resizing with all ring purchases.

To address any repair, prong tightening or resizing more efficiently, we have recently partnered with jewellery manufacturing partners in Sydney & Brisbane.

In case your ring requires resizing, we will be able to get it resized quickly from our manufacturing partner in Australia.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

We offer 60 day returns on all online purchases and 60 day exchanges on customized engagement rings

Other Countries

For international shipments outside of Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, and the UK, any custom duties and taxes levied by local authorities are the responsibilities of the recipient.
